Facts
Loaches are scavenging bottom dwellers with fewer scales or sometimes are absent of scales. They have a mouth with barbels that are used for tasting. They are nocturnal and like to hide in driftwood, plants, caves and rocks. This Loach prefers an aquarium with with strong water movement, lots of aeration and temperature not above 75 degrees. They are peaceful and do well in a community tank.
