Facts
Loaches are scavenging bottom dwellers with fewer scales or sometimes are absent of scales. They have a mouth with barbels that are used for tasting. They are nocturnal and like to hide in driftwood, plants, caves and rocks. If there isn't enough hiding places, the Loach will lie on its side. They are peaceful and do well in a community tank.
