Facts
Not reef safe at all and is recommended for a fish only with live rock aquarium as they will eat coral, sponges, tubeworms, clams and other starfish. They prefer mature sand bed to graze with good water quality, and can't tolerate high nitrate levels. They also don't cope with copper or anti-parasitic medications.
