Facts
Loaches are scavenging bottom dwellers with fewer scales or sometimes are absent of scales. They have a mouth with barbels that are used for tasting. They are not nocturnal like other loaches and are active during the day. They like to hide in driftwood, plants, caves and rocks. If there isn't enough hiding places, the Loach will lie on its side. They can be semi-aggressive.
